"Full placement" formula

A regular knockout only settles the top of the table. "Full placement" plays out every place to the last — each fencer gets their exact placing.

• before the tournament starts you pick which stage the full placement runs from (T4…T128);
• more bouts in the knockout — fencers gain more competitive experience;
• exact places instead of "two bronzes".
